Steve started working in the landscape industry over 20 years ago when his father, who was recently downsized from United Airlines, decided to start a landscape company. They began working out of the family garage with an old pickup truck and some used equipment and Southwest Landscape Management was born. Over the years Steve took over the day to day operations of the company and grew the company to over $1 million in sales. Southwest Landscape Management is a leader in the Cleveland market and is positioned to continue growing it’s commercial maintenance business. Steve is a past president of The Ohio Landscape Association, is an active PLANET member and has written for and appeared in many trade industry publications. In addition he has spoken at a number of trade shows and seminars around the country and he writes a monthly column for Turf Magazine. Steve enjoys sharing what he has learned over the years with his consulting clients.

Jeff has over 25 plus years in the landscape contracting business. Since graduating from The Ohio State University with a degree in Horticulture in 1989, Jeff has been involved in the industry. Jeff is Landscape Industry Certified and Ohio Certified Landscape Technician. For the past 20 years Jeff has been operating his own Landscape design / build firm in Columbia Station, Ohio. Land Creations Landscaping is a well respected and award winning design / build firm. Jeff is a past president of the Ohio Landscape Association. Jeff is active in several industry specific association including The Ohio Landscape Association, The Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association and PLANET. After years of learning Jeff is now sharing his experience with other contractors through public speaking, educational events and private consulting.
